PROCEDURE FOR CUSTOMER RECONNECTIONS
- The customer must pay 75% of the debt or the whole debt and Tsh. 25,000 of reconnection fee for domestic customers and 30,000 for commercial customers.
- The customer shall present the payment receipts at the Customers Service Office.
- Customer Service Officer shall prepare a reconnection permit and the service will resume instantly
