PROCEDURE FOR CUSTOMER RECONNECTIONS

1. The customer must pay 75% of the debt or the whole debt and Tsh. 25,000 of reconnection fee for domestic customers and 30,000 for commercial customers.
2. The customer shall present the payment receipts at the Customers Service Office.
3. Customer Service Officer shall prepare a reconnection permit and the service will resume instantly
