PROCEDURE FOR FREE WATER SERVICE
- Street chairperson submit to the Commercial Manager a request for the free water service to disabled (wasiojiweza).
- Commercial Manager assign the Customer Service Officer to make visit and verify whether the request meets the criterion.
- Customer Service Officer shall provide a written feedback of the result of the survey.
- Customer Service Officer shall draft a letter of reply to the street chairperson of the results of survey.
- Commercial Manager shall prepare a written request for approval to the Board Committee for those who meet the criteria.
- Customer Service Officer shall provide the coupons to the approved customers disabled people. For more information click Get free water service
